MannyMUA Palette x MakeupGeek Swatches & Review

manny 5Every once in a while a palette is created that’s so beautiful, you almost feel guilty for using it.  I was so excited when I heard that MannyMUA was collaborating with Makeup Geek Cosmetics to launch a new palette. If there is one thing artists do well, it’s launching the best collabs since they know exactly what to look for regarding quality, pigmentation, functionality, versatility and packaging.

All of these qualities were carefully thought out and executed with this launch. The packaging is sleek and compact without any extra bulk. The built in mirror is large enough for on the go glam. All of the shadows are packed full of pigment and swatch so beautifully even without a primer, which is always the first thing I test for. Yes, a lot of shadows become more intense with a base, however I’m always appreciative of  a palette that doesn’t require an extra product to make it work.

The main attribute that I love about this palette is the color selection. I like to describe it as a neutral palette with a bang!!! It provides you with all of the essential shades to create your everyday looks, but there are a few shadows that are perfect for experimenting with color or showing off your inner wild child. At the end of the day, it’s just makeup. Have some fun with it! This product is definitely a must have for me! Because honestly, what more can you ask for?
